POSITION: OPERATIONS & DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, review, and manage commercial contracts and payment documentation.
• Monitor and coordinate cargo delivery and shipping operations.
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, ports, warehouses, and other partners.
• Maintain and organize operational, cargo, and payment documentation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome.
• English Language, Foreign Languages, International Business, Logistics, or related majors are preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
No prior work experience is required! Full training will be provided by the company.
